Recreating an Iconic Moment: The Stephanie McMahon Slap

Fans stepped up to relive one of WWE's most memorable moments — the Stephanie McMahon slap. Using PivotXP's Glamatic Cinematic Robot, guests delivered their best strike to a punching dummy while being captured in high-speed, dynamic motion.

Each clip was transformed into a fully edited highlight reel — complete with cinematic effects, speed ramping, and stylized playback. What started as a single action became a dramatic, larger-than-life WWE moment.

Behind the cinematic feel was a streamlined, secure capture-to-delivery workflow tying every clip back to the guest's registration profile, with no manual association needed at the booth itself.

Call the Match: 30 Seconds Behind the Commentary Desk

In partnership with Snickers, PivotXP built a fully custom commentary-desk experience. Guests registered through a secure custom interface, picked one of eight WWE matchups to call, and got a unique QR code delivered to their phone or email.

At the activation, scanning that QR securely launched the guest's personalized session — automatically pulling their pre-selected matchup and linking all captured content back to the correct participant. Fans sat down, saw their fight clip play back, and had about 30 seconds to record their own live commentary.

Once recording finished, PivotXP's system automatically combined the guest commentary with the matchup footage to render a custom-edited final video — delivered through a personalized microsite sent to their phone or email.

Built for Scale: Automated Pipeline + Real-Time Analytics

Behind both activations sat a custom API-driven workflow securely managing registration data, QR generation, fight-selection tracking, content association, and automated media delivery. Every interaction was tied to a unique session ID — keeping guest info, selected content, and final outputs accurately connected through the full lifecycle.

Personalized microsites let guests access, download, and share their videos to Facebook and X. On the back end, custom dashboards tracked registrations, video completions, email opens, link clicks, downloads, landing page visits, and social share interactions in real time.

Across the event, PivotXP's systems processed 1,050+ registrations, delivered 840 custom videos, 838 email shares, 714 SMS shares, and drove 2,928 landing page views and 968 downloads — at WrestleMania pace, without a manual handoff anywhere in the chain.
