Trading Card Photo Booths · Charlotte · Chicago · Los Angeles
Fans register in line, step up to the kiosk, and leave with a one-of-one card: their photo, their stats, your sponsor's brand, printed front and back and sent to their phone. PivotXP has built this for ESPN and ACCN at the ACC tournaments, for Etzel, and for Chevrolet with Jack Morton, including AI baseball cards at the MLB All-Star Fan Fest.

Step 1
Guests scan a QR code on their phone and enter their details. At the ACC Men's Tournament that was name, hometown, position, height, and jersey number.
Step 2
A personal QR code starts the session and pulls their details into the card, so nobody types at the booth and the line keeps moving.
Step 3
The kiosk takes the photo and our software builds the card. Add AI to transform the guest into the athlete, or keep the real photo.
Step 4
The guest leaves with a printed front-and-back card and a digital copy. Hard cases and sponsor-branded holographic stickers are options we have shipped.

Chevrolet at the 2025 MLB All-Star Fan Fest with Jack Morton: an AI baseball card kiosk inside a five-day RFID footprint.
An automotive sponsor's AI trading card program with ERXM, printed on site for their guests.
Rent for a weekend, lease for a season, or scope a fleet of kiosks for a full calendar.
All three put the guest's photo in their hand. The difference is what they do with it next.
| System | What the guest gets | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Trading card | A collectible card with the guest's own stats, printed front and back, with a digital copy | Sports, fan fests, sponsor programs, anything competitive |
| Postcard | A 4x6 photo on a custom adhesive postcard, ready to stamp and mail, as on Progressive's program | Pop-up tours, travel, and brand moments meant to be sent |
| Magnet | A personalized photo magnet, as at Chevrolet's New York Auto Show program | Auto shows and retail, where the keepsake goes on the fridge |
All six capture systems, side by side: Photo + Video Experiences.
No templates. Ever.
The kiosk comes from our fleet. Everything on it is built for you: the wrap, the start screen, the capture flow, the overlays, the share page, and the texts and emails guests receive are designed from scratch to your brand guidelines, not adapted from a stock layout. Your typefaces, your colors, your tone, your legal lines. Ours never appear.
Bring the brand guidelines to the kickoff call. No formal guidelines yet? We work from your logo files and website and send a style sheet for sign-off before the build starts.
We build to the brand book: approved typefaces, exact color values, logo clear space, and lockups. No near-miss colors, no fallback fonts.
Start screens, prompts, consent language, share pages, and texts are written in your tone, then approved by your team before anything ships.
Transitions, idle loops, win states, and audio follow your motion and sound rules, or stay quiet if the brand says so.
Official rules, disclaimers, age gates, and opt-in copy placed where your counsel wants them, word for word.
Wraps, enclosures, and fabrication finished in the brand palette and materials. Nothing on the floor says PivotXP.
You review a working build, not a mockup, and approve it against your guidelines before it goes on a truck.
Proof, not promises
Every number on this page comes from one of these builds or from a recent PivotXP scope.

A photo booth that turns each guest into a collectible card. The guest registers, has their photo taken, and gets a one-of-one card with their photo, their stats, and the sponsor's brand, in print and as a digital copy to share.
A regular card uses the guest's real photo. An AI card uses brand-guided generative AI to transform the guest, for example into the athlete on the card. PivotXP builds both. AI programs follow a documented data flow: no model training on guest photos and no facial recognition.
Yes, when the program calls for it. Guests at the ACC Men's Tournament left with a printed front-and-back card, a hard case display, and a holographic sponsor-branded sticker, plus a shareable digital card. Digital-only programs are also an option.
Yes. At the ACC Baseball Tournament, the workflow applied the rule from each guest's registration: guests 13 and older received print and digital, and younger guests received the print only.
Yes. Every card is built to your brand guidelines by PivotXP's local, in-house developers, with no PivotXP branding on guest outputs. Proven builds go live in days.
Yes. Registration comes before the photo, so each card is tied to a guest record with your opt-ins, and that same record can run other photo ops, games, or RFID in the footprint.
It is quoted per program as a line-item estimate the same business day. The main drivers are days on site, printed versus digital, whether AI is used, and whether a technician travels. Prints are priced per output type.
Yes, most of our work is for agencies, including Etzel, Jack Morton, and ERXM on trading card programs, and we can run white label.
You will have a line-item quote the same business day, from the team that will run it.
