The Ask: A Personal Moment at the Pink Corvette
Making Strides is a morning walk built around the people participants walk for. Chevrolet wanted a moment at its pink Corvette that felt personal and celebratory, and that walkers could keep and share.
Jack Morton needed it to fit a crowd on the move: no forms or typing at the car, and no waiting around for a link later.

What We Built: Tap the Wristband, the Robot Does the Rest
A walker steps up to the pink Corvette and taps their registration wristband. Our robot camera, a UFactory xArm riding a Glamatic rail, sweeps around them and captures a slow-motion video. Seconds later the video is in their inbox and on their phone, ready to download and share.
The booth reads the wristband and checks it against Chevrolet's event registration (InTouch) through our event platform, the same platform we built for Chevrolet at the State Fair of Texas, switched from photos to video for this event. It uploads each video straight to storage, sends the guest's personal link by SendGrid email and Twilio text, and tracks booth health live, alerting staff if anything goes offline.

On the Day: Walkers Showed Who They Walk For
The rig ran from 8:05 to 11:18 AM, and the 10 o'clock hour was the busiest, as walkers gathered before and after the route.
Walkers loved posing with the Corvette, and many used the moment to show who they were walking for.
