Photo Booth Lease for Tours, Seasons and Long-Running Activations

Keep a branded photo booth for a month, a show season, or a multi-city tour on one contract with one creative setup, instead of paying per event. PivotXP ships it preconfigured to your team or sends a tech. Six-month and season leases are discounted against monthly rates.

How it works for a guest

  1. Step 1

    Scope the term

Tell us the dates, the cities, and who runs it. The term can cover a month, a show season, or a whole tour calendar.

  2. Step 2

    Build the creative once

Your graphics, overlays, share page, and opt-ins are built to your brand guidelines and carried across every stop.

  3. Step 3

    Ship it or staff it

It arrives preconfigured for your team to run, or a PivotXP tech comes with it. Both are standard, and a program can mix them.

  4. Step 4

    Run it and report

Remote access and a health dashboard keep it running between stops, and you get the numbers on captures, deliveries, and opt-ins.

What we build for your event

  • Booth graphics and on-screen art built to your brand guidelines
  • Photos, GIFs, boomerangs, and video delivered by text, email, or QR
  • Registration, QR check-in, and opt-ins, tied to one guest record
  • Different creative per track, city, or sponsor when the program needs it, as on Coca-Cola's NASCAR program
  • Prints, postcards, magnets, or trading cards on print-capable kiosks
  • One contract covering the whole calendar, with a results dashboard

Who books it

Agency tours

A single booth program moving city to city, like Coca-Cola's NASCAR weekends in Charlotte, Daytona, and Phoenix.

Retail and pop-ups

Month and season leases for store launches and boutiques, including a bridal boutique on a season lease.

Airports and hospitality

A permanent-feeling install in an airport activation or a hotel lobby without buying the hardware.

Long-running fan programs

Season-long sponsor programs and multi-week fairs, like 24 straight days at the State Fair of Texas.

Rent, lease, or buy: which one fits

All three get you the same branded experience. The difference is how long it stays and who owns the hardware.

No templates. Ever.

Every deployment is a custom build for your company.
Your brand guidelines, not ours.

The kiosk comes from our fleet. Everything on it is built for you: the wrap, the start screen, the capture flow, the overlays, the share page, and the texts and emails guests receive are designed from scratch to your brand guidelines, not adapted from a stock layout. Your typefaces, your colors, your tone, your legal lines. Ours never appear.

Bring the brand guidelines to the kickoff call. No formal guidelines yet? We work from your logo files and website and send a style sheet for sign-off before the build starts.

Your typography and color system

We build to the brand book: approved typefaces, exact color values, logo clear space, and lockups. No near-miss colors, no fallback fonts.

Your voice on every screen

Start screens, prompts, consent language, share pages, and texts are written in your tone, then approved by your team before anything ships.

Your motion and sound

Transitions, idle loops, win states, and audio follow your motion and sound rules, or stay quiet if the brand says so.

Your legal and compliance lines

Official rules, disclaimers, age gates, and opt-in copy placed where your counsel wants them, word for word.

Your look on the hardware

Wraps, enclosures, and fabrication finished in the brand palette and materials. Nothing on the floor says PivotXP.

Your sign-off before it ships

You review a working build, not a mockup, and approve it against your guidelines before it goes on a truck.

Proof, not promises

What’s on the quote

What's on the quote.

Every estimate is built from this list, so you can see what the day rate covers and what is added only when the event needs it.

Every estimate is built from these same lines, so nothing shows up on the quote that you have not seen here. Send dates, city, and what you need and you will have a line-item estimate the same business day.

Selfie Station, Pro Kiosk, GIF booth, or robot arm. Covers the unit, software, digital delivery, and the dashboard.

White-label wrap + branding

Full kiosk wrap, start screens, overlays, and share page in your client’s brand.

Custom AI backgrounds and output designs, or a returning program’s creative refreshed on the proven build.

On-site prints and takeaways

Starlink kit or cellular data plan when venue internet is unreliable or unavailable.

Optional, priced per day. Most kiosks ship and run without staff.

Travel

Billed at cost, only when we send a tech, with a typical range quoted up front.

Photo booth lease FAQ

Can I lease a photo booth instead of renting per event?

Yes. PivotXP leases branded photo booths by the month, the show season, or the tour. A lease replaces the per-event rate with one contract and one creative setup.

How long can a lease run?

From one month up through a full season or a tour calendar. Six-month and season leases are discounted against monthly rates, and multi-show packages cover the whole calendar in one contract.

Can we move the booth between cities during the lease?

Yes. Leases are built for tours and show calendars, and the booth can ship to your team or travel with a PivotXP tech. Tell us the routing and we will put the shipping and any staffing on the quote.

Do we need someone to run it?

No. The booth is self-service and ships preconfigured, so it can run with no attendant. If you want a person on site, a PivotXP tech can come with it.

What happens if something breaks mid-tour?

We can reach the booth remotely, watch it on a health dashboard, and plan spare units into the program. Those are process commitments we write into the scope, so talk to us about the coverage your calendar needs.

Can we change the branding during the lease?

Yes. Programs can carry different creative per track, city, or sponsor. Coca-Cola's NASCAR program used custom graphics for each track.

How much does a photo booth lease cost?

Leases are quoted per kiosk as a line-item estimate the same business day. The main drivers are the term, the number of units, print options, shipping, and staffing. Longer terms are discounted against monthly rates.

Can we buy the booth instead?

Yes. Kiosks and 55-inch touch displays can be purchased outright for permanent installs and agency fleets, with a software license, hosting, and a support subscription on an annual plan.

Send the date and the city.

You will have a line-item quote the same business day, from the team that will run it.
