Prediction + pick'em
Fans call the outcome on their phone or a kiosk, earn points when they are right, and put a sponsor on screen at every reveal.
Pick'em and prediction games, season-long points and rewards, sensor-driven skill games, trivia, and leaderboards built for the jumbotron. Twenty-plus formats, every play on a guest profile, one dashboard.
A game is the easiest way to get a fan to stop, register, and play three more times. We build the formats that do that, from a pick'em on a phone to a 15-foot boombox arcade, and wire every one of them into the same registration, leaderboard, and reporting layer.
The scores are real because the sensors are real. The board on the jumbotron is the board that pays out. And when the season ends, the client has a list of fans, not a folder of screenshots.

What we build
Fans call the outcome on their phone or a kiosk, earn points when they are right, and put a sponsor on screen at every reveal.
Points, streaks, tiers, and rewards on one guest profile across every game, so week twelve remembers week one.
Pop-A-Shot rims, throw walls, golf simulators, button walls, reaction games. The hardware is the gameplay and the score is real.
Branded live boards for TVs, LED walls, kiosks, and broadcast, with prize windows and integrity controls.
Question sets, timers, spin-to-win and scratch-off prizing, and inventory that stops itself when the prize is gone.
Every play lands on a profile with opt-ins. Sessions, unique fans, repeat plays, and a deduped export the client can read.
20+ formats, ready to brand
Every format below has run at a live event on our scoring engine. A branded version can be live in days; a custom concept in weeks, not months, because the developers are in house.
Proof, not promises
A Pop-A-Shot leaderboard at ComplexCon, sensor-tracked scoring at the ACC Women's Tournament, 20,000 swings on a golf simulator across the U.S. Open, GIF capture at the NCAA tournament, and 2,000 drills at eight NFL training camps.

Two ways to run it
The first question in almost every inquiry is whether the gear ships to you or we come with it. Both are standard. Pick the one that fits your crew and budget.
Option 1
Hard-panel builds that unfold, lock, and plug in. Designed so a tour manager can set up, run, and strike with no technical background.
No staff line on the quote. Just the rental and shipping.
Option 2
For premium programs, multi-unit footprints, or anything where the client is standing next to it. Our tech sets up, runs, troubleshoots, and strikes.
Clients tell us the on-site tech is the reason they rebook.
What’s on the quote
No published rates; every program is quoted from the lines below. Send the dates, venue, and the format you have in mind and you will have a line-item estimate the same business day.
Every estimate is built from these same lines, so nothing shows up on the quote that you have not seen here. Send dates, city, and what you need and you will have a line-item estimate the same business day.
Live custom leaderboard
Branded TV or LED view, iPad entry, ranking rules, prize windows, exports.
Sweepstakes / spin-to-win microsite
Official rules support, PII capture, admin export, and hosting for the program term.
Custom kiosk software
Trivia, quizzes, configurators: touchscreen app, admin panel, analytics. Hardware listed separately.
Sensor games + button walls
Touring builds including fabrication, road cases, and testing.
Software redeploy for a returning program
New creative, new dates, same proven build.
PivotXP tech on site
Optional, priced per day. Hard-panel builds are designed to run with your tour manager.
Travel
Billed at cost, with a typical range quoted before you commit.
If something goes wrong on site
Every build is hosted online and every unit is reachable by our team, so most issues are handled from our desk while your event keeps running. For programs where the client is in the room, a multi-unit footprint, or a first live day, we put a PivotXP tech on site. Which one fits depends on the event, and we tell you at the quote stage.
Lead times
Kiosk or Starlink rental
Ships the next business day after the contract is signed, timed to arrive before your setup date.
Brand an existing kiosk
Days once your art arrives. Wrap art, overlays, share page, and AI creative. Templates sent at kickoff.
Custom software build
Days for a proven format, a few weeks for something new. In-house developers, scenario-tested before it ships.
Hardware + software concept
Weeks, not months. Fabrication, sensors, cases, and software built together under one roof.
Clickable prototype for a pitch
Days. Enough to win the room before anything is built.
Tight timeline? Say so on the form. Rentals and returning programs move in days; we will tell you honestly what a new build can hit.
Data, privacy + AI
Guest data belongs to your client. We hold it only as long as the program needs, deliver it as a clean export, purge PII after close, and disclose exactly where AI is used. The plain-language version is one page.
What teams, leagues, and sponsors ask before a game program.
Fans predict an outcome before or during the game, the first scorer, the final margin, the next play, and earn points when they are right. It runs on their phone from a QR code or on a kiosk, updates a live leaderboard, and gives a sponsor a reason to be on screen every time the answer is revealed.
Yes. Season-long points, streaks, tiers, and rewards sit on one guest profile, so a fan who scanned in week one is recognized in week twelve. Rewards can be instant (a code, a print) or accrued (a tier unlock, a prize draw).
More than twenty: spin-to-win, plinko, scratch-off, trivia, pick'em, matching, memory, reaction and button-wall games, Pop-A-Shot with rim sensors, football throw walls, golf simulator scoring, racing, and timed skill challenges. Custom concepts are normal; the formats list is where most programs start.
Yes. The leaderboard publishes as a branded view for TVs, LED walls, kiosks, and broadcast feeds, with prize windows and integrity controls so the board on the big screen is the board that pays out.
That is the point. Registration is the first screen, so every play, score, and prize lands on a guest profile with opt-ins. Your client gets sessions, unique fans, repeat plays, and a deduped export, not a photo of a scoreboard.
Yes. Software-only is a normal job. We build the game and deploy it to your kiosks, iPads, touchscreens, or video wall, with the app in your hands ahead of the event for a test run.
Fast, because our developers are in house. A branded version of a proven format can be live in days. A custom game or a sensor-driven build is weeks, not months, with scenario testing before it ships. Hardware plus software concepts, like throw walls and boombox arcades, add fabrication time, and we tell you the real date at the quote stage.
Dates, venue, expected fans, and what the sponsor wants to walk away with. A format recommendation and a line-item estimate come back the same business day.
