Sweepstakes, Instant Wins
+ Campaign Microsites

Digital promotions that run online, on packaging, and at the footprint from one entrant pool: official-rules mechanics, instant-win engines, winner selection with an audit log, and branded microsites that hand your client a clean list.

One promotion. Every entry point.

Most sweepstakes vendors sell you a microsite. Most event-tech vendors sell you a kiosk. Then the agency spends the week after the program deduping two spreadsheets and explaining to counsel why the odds did not hold across both. We build the promotion once and run it everywhere: a microsite at home, a QR on the can, a spin-to-win on our kiosk, and an RFID tap at the VIP door, all against one entrant pool and one set of rules.

Winner selection is logged. Prize inventory stops itself. The export is deduped and goes straight to the client's CRM. And the microsite carries their brand, not ours.

Try it: Continental Tire x ECNL

The phone on the right is a playable replica of the spin-to-win sweepstakes we built for Continental Tire. The real campaign ran June 16 to July 16, 2026 and is closed; the replica runs in your browser and submits nothing. Agree, tap the wheel, and walk through the claim flow.

Try the mechanics

Click through an example. Nothing is stored.

A demo for a made-up brand that runs the same pieces every program ships with: age gate and entry form, abbreviated and sample official rules, an instant-win wheel driven by an odds table and prize inventory, a redeem code with QR, and the entrant, inventory, and draw log a client's admin sees.

  • Open the “Behind the scenes” strip to watch inventory count down and the draw ID log
  • Prizes with no inventory left fall through to “try again” on their own
  • The same engine runs online, on a kiosk, and from a QR on packaging

What’s on the quote

What a sweepstakes program is priced from.

No published rates; each program is quoted from the lines below. Send the dates, the prize list, and where people will enter, and you will have a line-item estimate the same business day.

Every estimate is built from these same lines, so nothing shows up on the quote that you have not seen here. Send dates, city, and what you need and you will have a line-item estimate the same business day.

Software redeploy for a returning program

New creative, new dates, new prizes, same proven build.

If something goes wrong on site

Either we are standing next to it, or we fix it remotely.

Every build is hosted online and every unit is reachable by our team, so most issues are handled from our desk while your event keeps running. For programs where the client is in the room, a multi-unit footprint, or a first live day, we put a PivotXP tech on site. Which one fits depends on the event, and we tell you at the quote stage.

Data, privacy + AI

What we capture, where it lives, and how you get it.

Guest data belongs to your client. We hold it only as long as the program needs, deliver it as a clean export, purge PII after close, and disclose exactly where AI is used. The plain-language version is one page.

FAQ

What agencies and brand teams ask before launching a promotion.

Do you handle official rules and legal compliance?+

We build the mechanics to match the rules your client's legal team or promotions counsel approves: entry limits, eligibility, age and geo gating, odds disclosure, abbreviated rules placement, and winner-selection records. We supply a rules template and the technical facts counsel needs (entry method, odds, prize inventory, dates). We are not a law firm and do not draft rules for you.

Can the same sweepstakes run online and at the event?+

Yes. One entrant pool, one set of rules, one export. Guests can enter from a microsite at home, from a QR code on packaging, or from a kiosk, iPad, or RFID tap at the footprint, and the daily-entry limits and odds apply across all of them.

How do instant wins work?+

You set the prize inventory and the win windows; the engine assigns wins by odds table or by time seed, records every play, and stops a prize the moment its inventory is gone. Spin-to-win, scratch-off, plinko, and reveal formats all sit on the same engine.

Who picks the winners and handles prizes?+

Random draws run from the entrant pool with an audit log you can hand to counsel. Judged contests get a scoring screen for the judging panel. We send winner notifications from your templates, track affidavits and releases, and hand a clean fulfillment sheet to whoever ships the prizes: you, the client, or a fulfillment partner.

What is a campaign microsite?+

A standalone, single-purpose site for one program: the entry page, the gallery, the results, or a per-guest page generated from registration data. It carries your client's brand end to end, loads fast on phones, and is retired when the program closes.

How fast can a sweepstakes go live?+

A spin-to-win or entry microsite on our proven build can be live in days once rules and creative are approved. A custom instant-win concept or a multi-phase program is weeks, not months, because our developers are in house. Returning programs redeploy in days.

What happens to entrant data after the program?+

It belongs to your client. We deliver a deduped export or push it to their CRM, keep aggregate counts in the dashboard, and purge personal information after close unless the client asks for a longer retention period.

Send the prize list. We will send the build plan.

Dates, prizes, entry points, and the client's brand kit. A line-item estimate and a rules fact sheet come back the same business day.
