AI Experiences

AI photo transformations, trading cards, generative art, and custom brand tools for live events. Prompted to your client's guidelines, rendered in seconds, printed on site, and disclosed in plain language.

The brand guidelines come first.

Anyone can point a kiosk at an image model. The work is in what comes out: the right colorway, the real product, six fingers never, and a style the client's brand team signs off on before a single guest steps up. We build the prompt set against the guidelines, test-render until it holds, and put a review layer in front of every output.

Then we do the unglamorous part: size the render capacity to the line, print the card on site, deliver by text in seconds, name the AI use in the consent language, and purge the photos after close.

What we build

Six AI formats. Same kiosks, same dashboard.

AI photo transformations

Turn the guest into the athlete, the character, the era, or the campaign key art. Kiosk or tablet capture, brand-guided render, delivered in seconds.

AI trading cards, posters + prints

Personalized cards, posters, magnets, and canvas prints generated from the session and printed on site. The takeaway people keep.

Generative art

One-of-one artwork from a guest's answers, a scan, or a photo. Shown on a screen, printed on a bag, or delivered to their phone.

Brand tools + generators

Name, playlist, prediction, or recommendation generators built around a brand idea, with their own UI, admin, and export.

Render capacity sized to the line

GPU capacity planned at the quote stage so outputs land in seconds. Offline-tolerant capture when the venue drops.

Documented AI data flow

Provider, data flow, retention, and consent language in the proposal. No model training on guest photos, no facial recognition.

Proof, not promises

AI case studies

One-of-one generative art printed on canvas bags at CES, AI baseball cards at the MLB All-Star Fan Fest, and API-personalized magnets with background removal at the New York Auto Show.

What’s on the quote

What an AI program is priced from.

No published rates; AI programs are quoted from the lines below. Send the concept, the expected line, and the client's brand kit and you will have a line-item estimate the same business day.

Every estimate is built from these same lines, so nothing shows up on the quote that you have not seen here. Send dates, city, and what you need and you will have a line-item estimate the same business day.

AI photo experience

Kiosk or tablet capture, brand-guided prompt set, render pipeline, and delivery by text, email, or QR. Priced per unit per day.

Prompt engineering + brand tuning

Style development against your client's guidelines, test renders, and sign-off before show day. Covers logos, hands, faces, and colorways that stay on brand.

Personalized takeaways

AI trading cards, posters, magnets, or canvas prints generated from the guest's session and printed on site. Priced per output type.

Generative art or brand tool

A custom generator (art, names, playlists, predictions) built around a brand idea, with its own UI and admin.

Render capacity

GPU capacity sized to your line so outputs land in seconds, not minutes.

Registration + data capture layer

Opt-ins, consent language that names the AI use, and a lead export.

PivotXP tech on site

Optional, priced per day. Recommended for first-run AI programs so creative can be tuned live.

If something goes wrong on site

Either we are standing next to it, or we fix it remotely.

Every build is hosted online and every unit is reachable by our team, so most issues are handled from our desk while your event keeps running. For programs where the client is in the room, a multi-unit footprint, or a first live day, we put a PivotXP tech on site. Which one fits depends on the event, and we tell you at the quote stage.

Lead times

How much runway each kind of project needs.

Kiosk or Starlink rental

Ships the next business day after the contract is signed, timed to arrive before your setup date.

Brand an existing kiosk

Days once your art arrives. Wrap art, overlays, share page, and AI creative. Templates sent at kickoff.

Custom software build

Days for a proven format, a few weeks for something new. In-house developers, scenario-tested before it ships.

Hardware + software concept

Weeks, not months. Fabrication, sensors, cases, and software built together under one roof.

Clickable prototype for a pitch

Days. Enough to win the room before anything is built.

Tight timeline? Say so on the form. Rentals and returning programs move in days; we will tell you honestly what a new build can hit.

Data, privacy + AI

What we capture, where it lives, and how you get it.

Guest data belongs to your client. We hold it only as long as the program needs, deliver it as a clean export, purge PII after close, and disclose exactly where AI is used. The plain-language version is one page.

FAQ

What brand and legal teams ask before an AI activation.

How do you keep AI outputs on brand?+

We build a prompt set against your client's guidelines before show day and run test renders until the style, colorways, and product details hold. The usual failure modes, random logos, wrong finger counts, off-brand backgrounds, are handled in the prompt engineering and a review layer, not left to chance on site.

How long does a guest wait for the result?+

Seconds. Render capacity is sized to the expected line at the quote stage, so a photo op that draws a crowd does not turn into a queue for the output. Delivery is by text, email, or QR the moment the render lands, with an optional print.

Are guest photos used to train AI models?+

No. Guest photos are used only to generate that guest's output, are not used to train any model, and are purged with the rest of the program's personal data after close. We do not run facial recognition. The consent language on the kiosk names the AI use in plain words.

Can the AI output be printed on site?+

Yes. AI trading cards, posters, magnets, and canvas prints are common. The WPP CES program printed one-of-one generative art on canvas bags; the Chevy MLB All-Star program printed AI baseball cards. Prints are priced per output type.

Can you build something other than a photo op?+

Yes. Generative art from a guest's answers, a brand-voice name or playlist generator, a prediction or recommendation tool, a persona builder. If the idea fits on a kiosk or a phone and the brand wants it, we can build the model integration, the UI, and the admin around it.

Which AI models do you use?+

Whichever fits the creative and the client's requirements. We have shipped programs on Google's image models and on other commercial providers, and we document the provider and the data flow in the proposal so procurement and legal can sign off before the build starts.

Send the key art. We will send test renders.

A concept, the brand kit, and the expected crowd. A line-item estimate and sample outputs come back within a business day.
