03Platform + connectivity
So the data you promised the client actually shows up.
PLAT·01
Rented by the event, deployed by our crew. Starlink units put full-bandwidth internet anywhere outdoors, a parking lot, a ski slope, a fairground, and for footprints that need extra coverage we run redundant Wi-Fi with live backups. The activation never waits on venue internet.
211 Mbps over a festival floor
PLAT·02
Run registration Pivot's way or your client's way. Our own API-driven registration interface can power the whole footprint, or every product in this catalog ties into the platform your client already runs. Either way, guests are identified once and everything Pivot builds recognises them from there, and after load-out Pivot follows up on data compliance for your client: retention, deletion, and hand-off handled to their standards.
01 · Register once
On the tablets already at your entrance. No parallel sign-up to run.
02 · Get a QR code or RFID bracelet
One credential for the whole footprint.
03 · Tap at any Pivot piece
Booths, games, leaderboards: every unit reads it. Nobody enters their info twice.
04 · Shared data flows back
Views, plays, and prints tied to a real guest, exported in your client's format.
04Capture systems
Broadcast-quality output, full custom wraps, and uptime your producers can count on.
PB·01
The ring-light icon, rebuilt as brandable real estate.
A freestanding kiosk with a halo light and a full-wrap column that disappears into any footprint. Two feet of floor, instant delivery, and a wrap that carries the client's brand end to end.
Deployed at: Jose Cuervo × UFC · MLB · Downy Unstopables · Hey Dude at the WM Phoenix Open · Discover × Big Ten · Beckers Bridal · GMC Basecamp
Works with your registration platform
PB·02
Our workhorse capture system with DSLR-grade glass on the front.
A fully adjustable head that tilts to meet any set design: step-and-repeat, vignette, or vehicle. The system behind most of our tournament and tour photo ops, with prints on site when the program calls for it.
Deployed at: CMA Fest · ESPN ACC Tournament · Progressive · USAA at the Valero Texas Open · World of Chocolate Chicago
Works with your registration platform
PB·03
The statement piece.
A full-body kiosk with programmable LED edge lighting, a large portrait touch display, and DSLR-grade capture, with optional on-board printing so the takeaway comes out of the same unit the guest just used.
Deployed at: Auto shows · Arena concourses · Permanent installs
Works with your registration platform
PB·04
A programmable robot arm that turns capture into a show.
Repeatable cinematic moves, whip pans, glam passes, and overhead sweeps that no handheld operator can match, with a crowd gathered around every take. Our red-carpet rig for premieres and award shows.
Deployed at: CMA Awards · USAA × NFL Salute to Service · Marvel × American Family Insurance · ABC Oscars watch party
Works with your registration platform
PB·05
The spin that never stops earning shares.
Guests step on the platform, the arm orbits, and a slow-motion 360 video with branded overlays hits their phone before they walk away. Truss or floor mount, depending on the footprint.
Deployed at: CMA Fest · Puttshack · UFC X
Works with your registration platform
PB·06
Bullet-time, from a 7- or 14-camera gantry.
Every lens fires in sync to freeze the moment, then sweep around it. The Matrix effect, sized for a booth footprint, walk-through, and branded end to end.
Deployed at: Argylle premiere · Universal Studios · JBL Partybox Live
Works with your registration platform05Mosaics
Captures from every system feed a growing brand image all event long, on screens as a live reveal or printed and placed by hand on a physical wall, and the finished piece belongs to your client when the crowd goes home.
Live demo · 500 guest photos, one image spanning all of them · click to rebuild
Fed by every booth
Each capture on site becomes a tile the moment it is shot. No extra step for guests.
Digital or printed
Run it on screens as a growing reveal, or print tiles guests place on the wall themselves.
The reveal is the show
The image only completes when the crowd participates. Watching it fill is the draw.
Yours to keep
The finished mosaic, every attendee in one image, ships to your client after the event.
06AI enhancements
Swap the world behind your guests, restyle them entirely, or set the whole frame in motion, rendered in seconds, on site.
ENH·01
A guest's photo becomes the input to a full prompt. They are regenerated inside a brand-built scene, rendered in seconds on site.
Gridiron hero moment
ENH·02
The same regeneration engine, art-directed to a theme the brand signs off on before show day.
CMA Fest "Western Glam"
ENH·03
The guest's face on a pre-approved branded body and scene: team kits, black tie, race suits. Every logo, seam, and sponsor mark 100% on point.
Branded suit and scene
ENH·04
One photo, one guest, a ride through the decades. Every era pre-built and brand-approved, so there is no AI going off-script, ever.
Built for Chevrolet
ENH·05
The subjects stay exactly as shot, lifted from the booth and placed naturally into the scene, edges and all.
GM EV street scene
ENH·06
Background removal with a personal touch: guests type their name and it renders into the scene.
A family's neon marquee at CMA Fest
ENH·07
A guest photo and an AI prompt become a custom walk-out video: the guest striding onto the field as the hero of game day.
Game-day walk-out
07Physical takeaways
These leave the event on refrigerators, desks, and binders, and keep the brand living there long after load-out.
TA·01
Pressed on site, minutes after capture. Square, round, or postcard-sized.
Deployed for: Chevrolet at the State Fair of Texas
TA·02
Front: the guest. Back: a stamped, art-directed mailer with a QR straight to the brand.
Deployed for: Chevrolet at the State Fair of Texas · Progressive multi-city tour
TA·03
Every guest becomes a rookie card: sleeved, collectible, and branded.
Deployed for: Chevy Racing · Lexus · Ticketmaster · ACC Baseball · ESPN
TA·04
Full-size prints of the money shot. At UFC weigh-ins, every fan steps on the scale and leaves with the poster to prove it.
Deployed for: UFC weigh-ins

09Why Pivot
We removed the gaps.
We build the hardware and write the software that runs on it. When something needs to change on site, the person who made it is standing there. Nothing gets blamed on an integration.
A Starlink rental fleet and redundant Wi-Fi with live failover, deployed by our crew. Parking lot, ski slope, fairground: the activation never waits on venue IT.
Use Pivot's own registration interface, or we tie straight into the platform your client already runs. Guests are identified once and everything on the floor recognises them, and we follow up on data compliance for your client.
Designed, wrapped, and run by Pivot. Our techs are on site with the build, and when they are not, every unit is reachable remotely and the engineers who built it are on the support line every show hour.
