Your typography and color system
We build to the brand book: approved typefaces, exact color values, logo clear space, and lockups. No near-miss colors, no fallback fonts.
Prebuilt web games · Branded to you · Live in days
For the booth, activation or campaign that needs a game or a microsite, not a six-figure build. Pick one from the roster, send the brand kit and the questions, and our in-house developers theme it to your guidelines. Hosted on the web, on a local server with no Wi-Fi, or on the booth TV. Every game on this page is the real thing. Play it.
Live on this page · pick a brand
How it works
Proven formats go live in days once we have the brand kit and the content. The clock starts when the art arrives, not when the build does.
Step 01
Pick a game
Choose from the roster below. Play it here first; every one is live on this page.
Step 02
Send the brand kit and the content
Logo, colors, type, and the questions, prizes or product list. We send the art specs at kickoff, and we can write the content if you would rather we did.
Step 03
We theme it and load it
Our in-house developers build the skin to your brand guidelines, load the content, and send a link to play before anything goes live.
Step 04
QR, URL, or kiosk
Hosted on the web, on a local server for a booth with no internet, or mirrored to a big screen. Live in days, not weeks.
The roster
Every card opens the real game, themed to whichever brand kit you pick. Scored games feed the leaderboard further down. Filter by what the client needs the game to do.
Five options, one right answer, sixty seconds. The product story taught as a game.
Five timed questions, a streak bonus, and a one-line explainer after every answer.
No game. QR to a branded page, four fields, done. Names in a CSV by lunch.
A prize wheel with real odds, inventory caps, and a try-again slice.
A falling-block stacker in your colors. Sixty seconds, one score, one board.
Flip the cards, find the pairs. Your products on every card.
An instant-win scratch card. Thumb on the screen, prize underneath.
Five questions, a result card that maps to a product, and a share button.
Swipe left or right through ten pairs. Market research disguised as a game.
Vote on a phone, watch the board move on the big screen.
Catch the good stuff, dodge the bad. Forty-five seconds of arcade.
Scan a code at every station. Fill the passport, claim the prize.
Five shots on goal. The keeper reads you. Beat them.
A thirty-second shot clock, a swinging power bar, and as many buckets as you can hit.
Aim through the wind, time the kick, split the uprights from further back each time.
Targets light up in the net. Hit them before the goalie slides over.
Ten pitches. Time the swing. See how far it goes.
Three greens, a slope on each, drag back and release.
One brand kit, every game
Three fictional brands, one roster. Every game reads one kit: the mark, the color system, the typefaces, the corner radius, the tone of voice and the content. That is how the same build runs for a bank in March and an energy drink in April, and why a second brand is a redeploy line, not a new build.
What changes per client
What stays: the mechanic, the scoring, the timer, the capture, the leaderboard hooks. Tested once, reskinned per client. Our name never appears.
Prebuilt mechanics. Bespoke skin.
The mechanic is prebuilt and tested: the timer, the scoring, the capture, the leaderboard hooks. Everything a guest sees is built for the client running it, by our own local, in-house developers (nothing outsourced, nothing offshore), to the brand guidelines their marketing team already enforces. Their mark, their colors, their typefaces, their tone, their questions and prizes, their legal lines. No stock layout, no vendor branding. Ours never appear.
Bring the brand guidelines to the kickoff call. No formal guidelines yet? We work from your logo files and website and send a style sheet for sign-off before the build starts.
We build to the brand book: approved typefaces, exact color values, logo clear space, and lockups. No near-miss colors, no fallback fonts.
Start screens, prompts, consent language, share pages, and texts are written in your tone, then approved by your team before anything ships.
Transitions, idle loops, win states, and audio follow your motion and sound rules, or stay quiet if the brand says so.
Official rules, disclaimers, age gates, and opt-in copy placed where your counsel wants them, word for word.
Wraps, enclosures, and fabrication finished in the brand palette and materials. Nothing on the floor says PivotXP.
You review a working build, not a mockup, and approve it against your guidelines before it goes on a truck.
Run it anywhere
The same game, three ways to run it. Most programs ship the first way; convention floors and tours take the second; anything with a screen adds the third.
A QR code or a short link. Nothing to install.
The default. Most programs ship this way.
A preloaded box on the booth. The show floor's internet cannot stop it.
For convention floors, arenas and tours.
A second screen shows the live game to pull people off the aisle.
Pair with any game above.
Need the leaderboard live from the floor? Pair it with trade show booth internet: Starlink for open sky, bonded cellular for the hall.
Add-ons
Each one is a line on the quote, priced once for the program. The leaderboard on the right is the real add-on, fed by the games on this page.
Live leaderboard
Ranked scores on the booth TV with daily reset, prize windows and a staff view. Every scored game on this page feeds it.

Name, email and consent before or after the round, deduped, delivered as a CSV or pushed to your CRM.
Badge scan and QR check-in
Scan a show badge or a pre-registration QR to attach every play to a record without typing.
Prize inventory and odds
Set how often each prize lands and how many exist. The wheel and the scratch card never over-award.
Analytics
Plays, completions, leads, dwell time, and which questions people miss, by day and by station.
Multi-language
The same game in a second or third language, switched from the start screen.
SMS and email follow-up
A text or email after the round with the result, the prize code, or the next step.
Printed or digital reward
A prize code on screen, a wallet pass, or a print at the counter.
Leaderboard · this page
Clears when you close the tabNobody on the board yet.
Finish any scored game above, add a name, and it lands here. On a booth this is the 65 inch screen.
Also on the quote
The game itself is one line on the quote. These lines show up only when the program needs them, so the client sees the whole number before the show.
Every estimate is built from these same lines, so nothing shows up on the quote that you have not seen here. Send dates, city, and what you need and you will have a line-item estimate the same business day.
Local server kit
A preloaded box that runs the game, the leaderboard and the capture with no venue internet. Ships in a case, returns after the show.
Kiosk or tablet rental
iPads, stands, and 32 to 75 inch touchscreens from our fleet, shipped or delivered with the game loaded.
Content writing
We write the questions, scenarios, prize copy and explainer lines from your product sheet, for approval.
Second and third brands
The same game themed for another client on the same build. A redeploy line, not a new build.
On-site tech
A PivotXP tech for load-in and show hours, per day, when the client wants someone on the floor.
Event internet
Starlink or bonded cellular when the leaderboard needs to go live from the floor.
Beyond prebuilt
Most briefs are a tweak away from a game on this page. When they are not, the same developers build the custom version, and the proof pages have the numbers.
Path 1
A new rule, a different scoring model, a sixth station in the passport. Most requests are a change to a game on this page, priced as a change, not a build.
Describe the changePath 2
Put Slapshot behind a real hockey stick sensor or Trivia Blitz on a fabricated button wall. The software is ready; we build the thing people touch.
See sensor and throw gamesPath 3
A mechanic that does not exist yet, a multi-activation footprint, a national scoreboard. Our in-house developers build from a blank page, with the case studies to prove it.
See custom builds with the numbersNot for the game. Every game on this page can run on a local server we ship in a case, with the leaderboard and the captures stored on the box and exported at the end of each day. If you want the leaderboard online or leads pushed live, add a Starlink or bonded cellular kit.
Your client does. We hold the data only as long as the program needs it, deliver it as a clean export or a CRM push, and purge personal information after close. Consent language is yours to approve before the first play.
Yes. The mechanic is prebuilt; the skin is built per client to their brand guidelines. A second brand on the same game is a redeploy line, not a new build. The brand switcher on this page shows exactly what changes.
If you want us to. Send a product sheet or a deck and we write the trivia bank, the Spot It scenarios, the quiz results or the prize copy for approval. Most clients send their own and we load them.
Any phone browser with no app, iPads and touchscreens in kiosk mode, and a 65 to 75 inch TV for the attract loop and the leaderboard. We rent the hardware or run on yours.
Days once we have the brand kit and the content. Every game here is already built and tested; the work is the skin, the content load and a round of review on a private link.
Yes. Questions, prizes, products and copy live in a content file we update for you between shows, or in a simple admin for programs that change weekly. No developer needed for a new question.
Each game is quoted on its own, built to your brand and hosted for the program. Lead capture, a live leaderboard with a big screen, local server kits, hardware rental, on-site techs and event internet are quoted on top, per program. Send the dates and the game and you will have a line-item estimate the same business day.
Tell us which game, the dates, and what the client will judge it by. You will have a line-item estimate and a themed mockup the same business day.
