About half of our direct bookings are one-night events; the rest are leases where the kiosk lives somewhere for a month or a season.

You bring: a standard outlet, about six by eight feet of floor, and a backdrop or step-and-repeat if you want one. We can add a backdrop, an iPad sharing kiosk for faster throughput, or a print station to the quote.

Setup is the easy part
Running in about 15 minutes
1. Roll it in
The case fits through a standard door and a freight elevator. Lift the kiosk out and set it on the mark.
2. Plug in
One power cable to a standard outlet. The unit boots into your program with the creative already loaded.
3. Join the network
Connect to venue Wi-Fi, or skip this step if a Starlink kit or cellular plan shipped with it.
4. Take a test photo
Text it to yourself. If it lands, you are live. If anything looks off, call the support line.
5. Strike
Power down, roll it back into the case, stick on the return label.

How much does it cost to rent a Selfie Station?+
Every quote is built from the same short list: the kiosk day or month rate, the branded wrap and screens, optional prints, connectivity if the venue has no reliable internet, optional on-site tech, and round-trip shipping. Send the date and the city and you will have a line-item quote the same business day.
Do I need an attendant?+
No. The Selfie Station is built to run on its own. It arrives in a road case with your creative loaded, and the printed guide plus a short setup video get most people running in about 15 minutes. We can see the unit remotely and our support line answers during setup and event hours. A PivotXP tech is available as an add-on for premium programs.
What do guests get?+
Stills, GIFs, boomerangs, or short video with your branding on every output, delivered instantly by text, email, or QR code. Guests can share to social from the delivery page, and everything also lands in a hosted online gallery you can share after the event.
Can the kiosk be branded?+
Yes. The column takes a full wrap, and the start screen, overlays, and share page carry the same brand. Send logos, colors, and any key art and we build the templates; a branded kiosk ships within days of approved art.
How much space does it need?+
About two feet of floor for the kiosk itself and a standard 120V outlet. Plan on roughly a 6-by-8-foot area so a group of four or five can fit in frame with a backdrop or a step-and-repeat behind them.
Does it need internet?+
The kiosk delivers over Wi-Fi or a cellular connection. If the venue's internet is unreliable, we add a Starlink kit or a cellular data plan to the quote so delivery keeps up with the line.
Can I rent it for a month or a season?+
Yes. Month, season, and multi-show leases replace the per-event rate with one contract and one creative setup. That is how permanent installs in retail spaces, airports, and hospitality programs usually run.
Can it print on site?+
The Selfie Station is a digital-delivery kiosk. When the program needs 4x6 prints, strips, magnets, or trading cards, we pair it with one of our print-capable kiosks or an on-site print station, priced per output type.
How far ahead do I need to book?+
Kiosks ship the next business day after the contract is signed. For events inside a week, call us; a branded unit can still make it when the art is ready, and local delivery from a hub is faster than freight.
What data do we get afterward?+
Sessions, unique guests, outputs delivered, shares, and any opt-ins the guest gave on screen, all in one dashboard during the event and as a clean export afterward. Personal data is purged after the final export unless you ask for a retention period.
