The Ask
Create a series of captivating and unique activations for UFC fans during the UFC X event in Las Vegas, involving multiple brands over consecutive days. PivotXP was entrusted with the mission of designing each activation to stand out, leveraging both our comprehensive turn-key solutions and bespoke creations.
Project Objective
The primary objective was to conceptualize a distinctive element that would enable each participating brand to offer something innovative. We developed ten distinct activations and experiences, incorporating a variety of technologies including our Selfie Station, Photo Booth Pro, Printing Services, 360 Cam, and tailored software solutions. The diverse outcomes ranged from static photos complete with thematic props, dynamic GIFs, immersive 360 Cam footage, cutting-edge green screen video effects, tangible printed memorabilia, and personalized branding for each attendee.
The Experience
UFC enthusiasts were thrust into the limelight, offered the chance to engage in unparalleled immersive experiences. They had the opportunity to strike poses as though they were part of the fight lineup or alongside real UFC fighters. The engagement and excitement generated were palpable on social media, as attendees eagerly shared their unique moments from UFC X, spreading the fun and thrill they experienced.
